Do we all self-sabotage?

Hey everyone! If you’ve ever felt like you’re the one holding yourself back, even when you know you’re capable of so much more, you’re definitely not alone.

Self-sabotage is something we all do, whether it’s skipping that workout, indulging in too many treats, or even staying in a job or relationship that’s not fulfilling. It’s not about wanting to fail; it’s about our brains trying to protect us from change, rejection, or the unknown. Sometimes it’s the little things, like not sticking to a healthy diet, and other times it’s bigger, like not going for the career we really want. These habits are just our way of avoiding those deeper fears we might not even realize we have.

But here’s the good news: understanding why we self-sabotage is the first step toward breaking those patterns. That’s what our book club is all about—figuring out why we do these things and how we can start changing them for the better.

If this sounds like something you need in your life, come join us in our Facebook group "Menopause Redesign."

We’ll support each other, learn together, and start climbing our own mountains. You’ve got this, and we’re here to help!

Can’t wait to see you there!
